What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
• We accept returns postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
• If you choose to be refunded in AnChus Online Credit, you will receive an additional $10 in AnChus Online Credit once your refund has been processed! This does not apply to late returns or orders that any online credit was applied to. Limited to one bonus credit per order.
• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
• Items must be returned in their original wrap box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the box makes items ineligible for return. If received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
• Items under $20 are returnable but not exchangeable.

如需退/換貨必須保有商品原來的狀況 (不得有人為使用痕跡、故障、破損、刮傷、髒污、異味、受潮)且完整 (商品、配件、附件、贈品、內外包裝、發票完整) 之商品退/換貨服務。
感謝您購買AnChus 商品,AnChus為保護消費者權益,商品皆享有7天鑑賞期(含例假日),請買家留意,商品鑑賞期不等於試用期,如需退換貨請 詳閱以下退換貨事項。
- 7天鑑賞期非試用期,請保持無配戴及使用痕跡,若飾品刮傷受損,請恕無法接受退換貨。
- 7天鑑賞期時間判定基準:如12/01收到商品,則請12/07(含)前申請退換貨,依此類推。
- 退回時請保持商品與包裝完整,購買時所附發票請一併退回,遺失發票AnChus(安柯瑟有限公司)有拒絕退換貨權利。
- 依台灣消費者保護法,貼身飾品:耳環(耳針、穿刺型)屬個人衛生用品,故無試用期,並基於個人衛生原則亦不受理退換貨。
- 由於台灣區免運費,退貨需自行負擔退回寄送運費。
- 若扣掉退款商品金額有因「滿額/件促銷活動」而導致不足原滿額/件活動的門檻時,當時贈送的贈品及折扣須一併退還及折扣不生效,若贈品拆封使用過非全新,則無法受理退換貨
- 如商品超過鑑賞期欲辦理退換貨者,恕不受理。
